Let me introduce myself
I feel privileged to work as a life coach, as well as a mental health counselor to help you on your way of exploring who you really are and where your own mental power lies. The activation of the mental power we are all born with empowers all of us with unbelievable potential to be able to cope with our problems and lead a more balanced and satisfied life.
Through life coaching and person-centered counseling, I strive to create an environment that is comfortable, non-judgmental, and empathetic. By creating a climate of unconditional, positive regard, you are able to express your true emotions and on the way of self-exploration, and during this process, the solution to your problems also unfolds.
I qualified as a life coach, also as a mental health counselor at the Institute of Psychology in Károli Gáspár University and obtained my Master of Arts Degree in the English Language and Literature in Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest.
